Started this as often people do a 5 min row for a warm-up at the gym.
Tried out my knee as it's been two weeks since I dislocated it and there was no pain but I took it pretty bloody easy. 1167m

jeez, when i dislocated my knee, i couldnt bend it properly for way longer than 2 weeks, let alone rowing on it again!
