Please nominate and provide arguments backing your nomination.
Now is the time to provide pros and cons for players – I’ll try and collate into the first post in each thread. (If I can work out how to do tables…)
Feel free to add argument in favour of a player nominated in a previous post
(Mods: feel free to help out here and edit the reasons/pros cons into the first post – ta much, Boo.)
I’ll start the ball rolling:
(NOTE: stated pros and cons are probably only opinions of individual contributors, may be complete bollocks and even contradict each other…)

Ok, I think that I get it now:
Du Preez for all the reasons mentioned by PB
Weepu made a huhe difference to the Hurricanes [ at 10 too if I am not mistaken] and for damn sure would have taken a drop goal. Even if Ali wouldn't have
Pichot was overshadowed by Du Preez.

Andy Gommarsal - A man who last year didn't even have a club to play for, ignited Enlands RWC campaign when he took over from Perry, indeed the only time England looked at all threatening during the 36-0 thrashing was once Gommars came on the pitch, from then on we were a different team, conincidence? probably yes but........
There is a theory which states that if ever anybody discovers exactly what the Universe is for and why it is here, it will instantly disappear and be replaced by something even more bizarre and inexplicable. There is another theory which states that this has already happened

Raulini (sorry if spelling is wrong) - His games against Wales and South Africa were absolutely sensational and his captaincy and leadership was instrumental in Fiji's success.
RIP Jack Brown

I second Mosese Rauluni's nomination.
A standout player for Fiji's RWC campaign. Outplayed even the great Du Preez in their 1/4 final game. Strong around the rucks and mauls and also very good on defence.

My dad told me that if Adam and Eve were Chinese, we would still be in Paradise . Why?
Because they would have eaten the snake instead of the bloody apple!
