where abouts are they and what are they up to?still playing???

tom woods what happend to him? wasnt he the next big thing
also from the early 90's.Darren martin(#8) from the mount.anyone know were he went and what hes up 2 now

Darren Martin, man thats a blast from the passed Cpt Kumera, last time i saw Darren play for the Bay would have been in 1991, (not a good year for the Bay) cant remember if i played against him after that or not, though by that stage i had been concussed that many times i may have & cant remember  :grin:, Darren was a brilliant player on his day but i don't think the Bay got the best out of him.I think he may still be in Tauranga but not 100 on that.As forTom Woods i heard he was in Aussie. Andrew Leota i think is still in Te puke and might be  playing.

Brett Sinkinson got a business in Papamoa, turning out for the Mount Pressies and played last weekend in a Memorial game at Whakatane Marist for Chris Scott and Carl Young, thanks to Herbs contacts the Marist Old Koros turn out in nice Kooga jerseys all numbered 2 and 9 in respect for the bro's. Herb still gets his knees cleaned out after each season of "friendly" rugby!

Cpt Kumera, do you no what happened to a guy by the name of Mark Henshilwood, he played for Rotorua HSOB & the Bay in the mid 80s, bloody great fullback.

Andrew Leota is still living out at Maketu and still owes me a crayfish

Unfortunately he broke his leg playing club rugby for Rangiuru this year.  Top bloke.
