Having had 10 days off, I wanted to get some "miles" under my rower and so I did 60mins this morning. I did it with the calorie counter on though and showing the power curve rather than the 500m splits or the distance. I also didnt strap my feet in which is supposed to be a good thing for controlling the stroke but which makes it harder generally (I think). Anyway, I did 15617m in what was a fairly controlled row. My power curve was all over the place but the idea was to try to smooth it out and it helped me to understand my stroke a bit better in that regard. Glad to be back.
60min times

Did my first hour since the above on Saturday. Rowing at a stroke rate of 18spm I punched out 16135. It nails you for the rest of the day though.

that sloe rate sounds like murder - like doing seated rows at the gym for an hour!!
