Have got a strange problem with one user that can't login to the Fern.

I've confirmed that his account works (and I can login with it on multiple browsers) but he cannot login. He's on IE8, but has tried Firefox too, and has cleared out his cookies, added daimenhutchison.com to his trusted sites and all that stuff.

Any body have any other suggestions on why the login won't take?

This may sound stupid but have they clicked on forum first and then logged on from there?? I had the same problem as I was trying to log in from thesilverfern.com rather than in through the forum.

I would suggest a note on the main page if this is the case as I imagine this may have happened to quite a few people?
