I heard today that Luke Rooney has been cut from HB and is already back in Oz. Can anyone confirm?

No I haven't heard anything but on the display of his first two matches he would be struggling to regain his spot in the matchday 22. If he has departed does that mean the B Team selectors also considered him not up to the stardard required even at that level as surely if he is contracted to the HBRFU he must be bound to play as and where they direct him to? Guess we won't know one way of the other sure sure until the Teams for this weekend are announced. After the last three weeks even I got my boots our of the cupboard and gave them a brush up just in case I got a late call up.
