Southerly front hit as predicted, bang on midday. Should be a great leveler, though for who, I'm not sure!
Good to see a few BOP supporters at the airport flying in... all decked out in blue and gold.

Finally got to watch a game, and wish i hadnt. Sure, that ref didnt help, but that was a poor performance from both teams.
Jeez has our scrum always backpedaled so fast this season? Makes it hard for anyone to launch any attack without a platform. Would love to know what Moa was thinking when he tapped a certain three points away and likewise what Delaney was thinking when he tapped, then punted out on the full.
Maybe if the ref had come around and seen Bourke early, he may have been given a try, but a 5 metre scrum is hardly reward when you have no parity whatsoever.
Moran got schooled when he came on, mind you I think Mike Cron needs to take a scrum session, because their technique is obviously below par in general.
I would also like to see Masaga involved more, whats the point in having an AB wing, if he never sees the ball. That could also mean, he could go looking for work as well.
Rettallick kept trying as did Braid, but I thought most were below par. Harsh for most of the backs who saw no ball and hand but tackling switched off in patches, probably due to hypothermia, but not good enough when playing Canterbury.
Im glad all the boys are all ok after the earthquake, but dont need to tell the team, that anything less than four points less week, is failure ..

Summed it up pretty well reallt. Tried to watch the game a second time and just couldn't. It was pants. I think the cold had a lot more to do with it than we realise.
We seem to make other teams play badly too. Not sure whats up with that. The Waikato BoP game was just as bad.
Lets hope the boys arnt too knackered after the bus trip up to Blenheim then the ferry and TGA.
