His voice is fine, as you say it's the "emphatic" this-is-the-ex-cathera-truth that annoys and sometimes rises to omniscient arrogance. Agree with the rest of your comments however, he's mostly a useless plonker.

I have enjoyed Justin Marshall's analysis in his brief time and have to believe he'll get even better.
