Joseph admitted Hobbs' prognosis was 'not looking good'.
"We were hoping he would be involved this week but now they are thinking next week.
"He hasn't played rugby for a while so it puts pressure on Michael really to try and get some game time.
"But the priority really is just to get him right again and once he's right then he can worry about rugby."
